|I consider myself bisexual(although I'm still closeted) and I'm a man in my early 20's. There's a guy that is around my age give or take a year or two who works at a resturant that I go to almost everyday for lunch while I'm at work and he isn't flamboyant at all but he seems to be a little more interested in me than most of the other customers that come in. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a regular in that particular resturant or if it's because he is interested in me. I'm a pretty shy guy and unfortunately I give off that socially awkward vibe in almost any social situation I'm in(it's something I'm trying to work on) but I unintentionally almost give him the cold shoulder but he still tries to initiate conversations with me everytime I see him working there and my coldness doesn't seem to phase him. Again, I'm not sure if its because he's genuinely interested in me or if my shyness is showing and he's just trying to make me feel comfortable as a lot of people do that with shy people. I have seen him very subtly look at me and then look away once or twice. He seems to have a happy go lucky type of personality and yesterday he also told me about a promotion that the resturant(Subway) is doing concerning cookies and he said if I fill out a survey online then they give you a free cookie and he randomly and subtly said "I don't know if you workout or anything". I've never really had another guy weather he was gay bi or straight mention working out the particular way he did yesterday so I'm not sure what to make of that.
Sorry for writing a book here but my main question is how exactly can I tell if he is interested in me and if I gather that he is, how do I show him that I'm interested in him as well? Thus far I haven't really paid too much attention as to how guys or girls flirt or show interest as I've only had one other relationship in my life thus far which was quite a few years ago when I was in 7th or 8th grade so I don't really know how all of this works :P.
