I've just come out as lesbian and I feel so relieved and free because I've wanted to do so for a long time.
Now here's the thing:^^
I am almost exclusively attracted by feminine girls.
But I myself am not that masculine: Althoug I hate wearing dresses/skirts, I still like makeup and I like showing my curves
Now I'm planning on cutting my hair short...
My question is:
Are feminine lesbians mainly attracted to masculine lesbians? Because I like the short hair because of its edge, but I wouldn't feel comfortable looking very masculine (like a butch).
Do you guys think I have a chance with femmes if I don't go totally butch?
PS: Sorry, I must sound really naive or ignorant. I know labels are stupid, but I'm a bit confused and I hope you guys can make me smarter concerning this topic
The type of boundaries that you are concerned about are mostly a thing of the past. The whole butch/fem thing is not so black and white anymore. Way more gray space exists. Just dress and cut your hair in the way that makes you happy and the rest will fall into place!
I'd love to, Admin. I got my hair cut short actually and loots of people think it looks amazing on me
But I'd rather not post a photo or so because I'm always scared to do that kind of thing on the internet...
