If your school is refusing to allow a Gay/Straight Alliance Club in your high school, you should fight it legally.  It is against federal law.  Find a local civil rights attorney to help you with your fight (or you can start by contacting ACLU).

Please note that 'federal law' in this case refers to the United States. If you're not in the US, you'll need to find out what the laws are in your country.

When posting information about laws, resources, or any other information, please always include where the information is applicable. Do not assume that all readers are in your country.

In the state of California it's not. Several universities have homosexual meeting areas in school. A law was also recently passed by California governor that curriculum created by homosexuals cannot be discounted on the basis that it was developed by a homosexual. Hope that helps.
