I'm 17 and I live in England and I go to College although rercently I've been feeling massively depressed. I'm always in the same routine of doing my homework, playing and talking online with Americans/Germans. Then usually I every now and then get drunk with myself whilst online... In my college, only three people are openly gay including myself. I don't know how I can break out of this depressed bubble and meet someone. I'm ultimately lonely and I don't know what to do to break outside of this depressing and lonely bubble.
Sorry to hear you are feeling bad. Feeling isolated can be a big problem for the lgbt community. Online relationships can help but I feel as if relationships with people in your community are very important. Sounds like you realize that and are having a hard time finding other gay people. Have you searched out an lgbt support group outside of your particular college? Have you tried spending more time with the other 2 out gay people? I realize it can be hard to put the energy into socializing and searching out other gay people/support groups but I think it would really help you.
You may already know this, but, alcohol is a depressant so drinking while depressed - especially alone - is not a good thing to do.
