I know there are certain foods and such that can boost testosterone levels, but how do I make a Vegan meal out of these without also adding in the foods that increase estrogen?
I don't want to take hormone therapy because I am pretty sure the hormones are derived from an exploited animal. Please help me.
Prescribed testosterone is completely synthetic, and has been for a long time now. There are many vegetarian and vegan guys on T. Go on T and don't worry about it.
For the record, you would have to eat truly insane amounts of soy to actually boost your oestrogen levels, and insane amounts of anything else to boost your natural T levels - and even then it's not going to be enough to give you any real changes. If you're anti-soy, though, there are plenty of other options for protein. Quorn is mushroom-based (but doesn't taste at all of mushrooms) and is good stuff.
